Client Consultation:
- On site, by telephone or email, we will establish your needs for
a custom database design to maximize work flow and data
collection. A database development plan and estimated costs
will be provided for your review.
- Based on information derived from our consultation, a
demonstration database including menus, data entry screens,
search screens, and data management reports will be created.
- A “hands on” demonstration version of the database will be
provided for your review, including a data management reports
package. Depending on the database package you have
selected, the custom data retrieval reports will be identified for
development. Our communication with you during this phase of
development is extremely important, to assure you receive the
best possible data management solution.
- After final review and acceptance of your custom database, we
will assist with the installation/setup of the database. An
operational review of the database, with up to two persons,
(user or power user) will be provided; group training is also
available. A basic User Guide will be included.
